Tony Stang

President/Owner

Tony graduated with a double major specializing in Real Estate and Finance from UW-Madison. While he was a student, he interned for various real estate development and management firms.

Locally, he served as a development intern for the UWM Real Estate Foundation/ Innovation Campus Wauwatosa. He also spent a year interning with Bryan Properties in Springfield Missouri.

Upon graduation, Tony founded Stang Real Estate Management, LLC.

Tony is an avid golfer, boater, and fisherman in his free time. He considers his greatest blessing in life to have been blessed with five siblings who he remains close with.

Michael Ruebensam

Vice President

Mike serves as Vice President of Operations to best serve our clients. With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike focuses on staff management and accounting. Mike graduated with a BS in Accounting and holds an MBA from UW-Whitewater.

Tim Westin

Lead Facilities Engineer

Tim previously served as lead facilities engineer for Arby's fast food restaurants for 22 years working for a local Midwest Franchisee. At Arby's, Tim oversaw 25 Arby's locations and implemented various management programs. He has also served as a maintenance expert in Office, Residential and Industrial maintenance before joining Arby's. Tim is the glue that holds our maintenance team together.
